What is the availability of items on the website?

Some models for sale on the LaDifference.ca online shop may not be readily available. If you wish to purchase an item which is temporarily unavailable in stock, or if you wish to order a significant number of a particular item, please Contact Us.

How accurate is colour display on the internet?

Each product is photographed in a unique way, and the colours displayed are true to life. Nevertheless, it is possible that colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.

    Why did I not receive the order summary after I have finalized my order?

    You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order to receive the order summary. You may check your “Spam” inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please Contact Us. Our team will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.

    What methods of payment does La Difference Time Centre accept?

    We accept payments with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and China Union Pay®. You should enter your credit card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page.

    How secure is my payment?

    All the transactions made on the Ladifference.ca website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with “https” indicates that you are in a secure setting. La Difference Time Centre uses third party card processing platforms which will be responsible for handling and protecting the security of your personal information and your payments made online. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties, beyond the control of La Difference Time Centre.

    When will my credit card be debited?

    Credit cards and other payment methods are only debited when an order has been accepted and sent.

    What is the security code on my payment card?

    The security code on payment cards secures remote sale transactions. A unique code made up of 3 or 4 digits can be found on the back of your credit card in the signature field with 3 digits (for Visa or MasterCard), or on front, above your card number with 4 digits (for American Express).


      How much does delivery cost?

      Ground delivery is complimentary through FedEx Ground Services on all orders. Where necessary, we will also use other third-party shipping companies to handle our shipments.

      We do not ship outside of Canada.

      How long will delivery take?

      Depending on the product availability, some models will need to be ordered in prior to shipping out to complete the order. Please allow 7 working days between the date of shipping your order and the date it arrives to you for ground delivery. In addition, depending on the shipment destination, your order may arrive before or after the expected date.

      Multiple orders may not always be shipped together. Depending on our product availability and on the size of your order, La Difference Time Centre reserves the right to divide the delivery of your order into partial shipments.

      How do I track delivery of my order?

      Where does La Difference Time Centre deliver?

      Online purchases made via our La Difference Time Centre website at Ladifference.ca may only be shipped to a valid mailing address within Canada recognized by the third party shipping company that we use. We do not ship outside of Canada. In the event we are not able to ship to the shipping address you provide, we will notify you to obtain an alternate eligible shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund in respect of your purchase.

      For security reasons, LaDifference.ca will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.

      Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

      All LaDifference.ca shipments are personally delivered to their recipients. Signatures will be required by the recipients upon receipt of the shipment to ensure necessary security and insurance. No delivery can be dropped off at a mailbox.

      Can I collect my order in-store?

      You are welcome to collect the items you have purchased on LaDifference.ca in-store. While completing your order, you will have the option of in-store collection.

      When will my order be available in store?

      When your order arrives at the store, an email will be sent to you. You will then have 14 days to collect your order. When you arrive at the store, please introduce yourself to a member of our team, along with a confirmation informing you of the availability of your order, and a proof of identification.

      Can another person collect my purchase from the store?

      Only the person who placed the order on LaDifference.ca can collect the order in store.


        Can I return or exchange an item ordered via LaDifference.ca?

        All online purchases made via our La Difference Time Centre website at Ladifference.ca are considered final sale. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
