FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST


The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the store, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail and administrative work). 

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Organize inbound and outbound mail
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus


Language Requirement 

  • Fluent English
  • Cantonese
  • Mandarin
